The student horseriding association of Rotterdam
Friends-day on the 22nd of May
Have you got a friend who would love to know what horseriding is? Or have you got a friend who keeps on telling you that horseriding is not a sport?
On the 22nd of May you can take your friend to the Rotterdamsche Manége for a trial lesson. Apply for the lesson by sending an email to info@marcroix.nl. Please tell us the name of the rider and if he or she wants to join dinner after the lesson. The lesson will cost € 23,40.
Keep in mind that we won't have our normal lesson that Tuesday!

SO Cave ne Cadas 2nd and 3rd of June
Cave ne Cadas, from Tilburg, invites all student riders in Holland to join their SO on the 2nd and 3rd of June. The classes where you can start in are Ba, Bb, La, Lb dressage and L showjumping. After the qualifying round dressage on Saturdayevening, we'll start to party.
No one can party without having a proper meal. We will get our Last Supper on Saturdaynight. If you are a vegeterian of if you are allergic to something, please let us know!
The costs for the weekend are just €25 per start and €8 extra when you want to do both dressage and showjumping. If you don't want to start at all, you only pay €17. Don't forget to bring cash with you for the weekend!
You can subscribe yourself by sending an email before the 18th of May to info@marcroix.nl . You can sign of untill the 25th of May without paying any costs. And last but not least: don't forget to bring your zombie!

Member weekend on the 8, 9 and 10th of June
The best weekend of the year is coming up again! On Friday the 8th we'll go to 'De Schorpioen' near Ede, where we'll stay until Sunday the 10th.
On Saturdayafternoon, we'll make a lovely forest ride in Kootwijkerbroek and we'll have another nice activity without horses on the Sunday.

SO Jolly Jumper 23rd and 24th of June
On the 23rd and the 24th of June Jolly Jumper organises their City Meeting. There's only dressage this weekend and you can start Ba, Bb, La, Lb and M. The costs of the weekend are € 27,50 for starters and € 17,50 for supporters.

Polo: Orange Cup on the 30st of June
Polo is captivating, heart-stopping and thrilling... And of course, Marcroix is going to watch the most exiting sport in the world!
On the 1st of July there will start 8 international teams with approximately 150 polo ponies. During the matches some professionals will explain everything about the game.This will be the program on the Sunday:

14.00 uur Teampresentation & Polo Match 1
15.15 uur Treading In and intermezzo
15.30 uur Teampresentation & Polo Match 2
16.45 uur Treading In and intermezzo
17.00 uur Teampresentation & Polo Match 3

Every Tuesday: Students meal!
Tuesday evening, 20h, after you have wiped the sweat of your brow and the horse is returned to it's warm stable, it's time to gather in the clubhouse of The Jockey Club. This is the place where Marcroix-members can consume a delicious meal and make time to catch up on study and remainder of amusing affairs. Those who would like to join us for a student meal for a student price can submit before Sunday evening 22h via info@marcroix.nl.
